Keeping Your Site Updated, Yes You

One of the most important things you can do with engaging your clients is communicate with them.  What better way to do it than through your web site?  You should be writing a blog article at least once a week!  I’m not talking about pages of english-teacher approved material here, just a paragraph or two written in comfortable casual language.  You should write your blogs as though you’re talking to someone directly…similar to this very blog post.  Writing a blog post should only take a few minutes, list your new specials, promotions, upcoming events, new products and services, etc.  I often write about frequently asked questions as well.  The key is keeping the site up to date and making sure everyone knows that your site is updated.  Who’s going to read the same stale old content?  You’d be surprised how many people look at your blog, do you know?  Do you like at your stat reports?  (Thats a whole other blog post) :)

Have a happy new year and always happy webbing.
