- Local – Make sure you have your business listed in all the local map apps, services and directories (i.e. Google Maps/Local, Apple Maps, Your Local Chamber of Commerce, etc). Having a localized presence will lift your business in search results, allow your business to appear on the map (assisting with top-of-mind awareness) and creates a personal connection with your local clientele.
- Social – Make sure your web site is connected to your social media profiles and vice-versa. Building links and connecting all your official sources together is not only expected by your customers, it makes things easier for those searching for your information and ensures everyone can see everything you’re offering.
- Call To Action – Customers need to be guided, make sure you have a call to action laced throughout the content and pages on your web site to make sure your customer is directed further down the line in your purchasing process (whether its a form, a phone call or stopping into your physical location)
- Mailing Lists – Physical or Digital, you should have a mailing list readily available for your customers to sign up and get information for free from your company.
