Economy Is Coming Back, Are You Ready?
Well everything we see and read these days points to the economy making a comeback. We ourselves have been crazy busy here at QC Total Tech. If the good ol’ American economy is truly returning with any luck all businesses will be inundated with work and requests. So, this leads to a question really worth asking and digging into…are you ready? Sure, everyone’s wallet is ready for this mirage like economic boom we’ve all been hoping for, but if you find yourself struggling to keep up and lagging behind your competition….it might be time to start thinking about your future.
Your web presence is your businesses’ digital front line, customers visit your web site first when they want more information about your company, they’ll probably look you up on Facebook and they’ll try to Google you. So, its important to have a web site, a Facebook page and to be listed properly on Google. Now, there are some other things that you might not realize…your web site can actually save you time and money. Just hear me out. Yes, a web site is an expense but if you have the right tools, qualifying questions, information and interactive elements your web site can reduce the amount of time you and your staff spend on the phone and e-mail answering the same monotonous questions then the web site becomes an investment. Not to mention, customers expect to find that information on your web site. It should also be, of course, for your sales staff. Anybody in sales needs that 24×7 resource so they can immediately answer and get past the “can you send me some more information” question.
Customers now days have a different expectation, they expect you to be on Facebook, Google and have a nice website with all the information they need. If you don’t have it, your competition might and its too easy to click that back button and move on to the next guy.
Just think about those things, are you ready? Do you have the proper tools and team? Does your competition? Your customers are using this stuff even if you’re not.
